Dream Giveaway Prize Draw 2025

1. Eligibility: ● The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over. ● Employees of Micheldever Tyre Services Limited, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter: ● To enter, participants must purchase a minimum of one (1) Falken tyre and submit their entry online at https://www.giveaway.falken-tyre.co.uk. ● Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) may be required for verification. ● Only one (1) entry per person is allowed, regardless of the number of tyres purchased.
3. Entry Deadline: ● All entries must be submitted by 23:59 GMT on 30th June 2025. ● Any Falken tyres purchased after this date will not be eligible for entry.
4. Prize Draw & Winner Selection: ● The prize draw will take place on 4th July 2025, and winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. ● The winners will be notified by 11th July 2025 via the contact details provided at the time of entry. ● If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.
5. Prizes: ● 1st Place: £5000 Love2Shop Holiday gift Voucher (1 winner). ● 2nd Place: £1500 Love2Shop Holiday gift Voucher (2 winners). ● 3rd Place: £250 Love2Shop Holiday gift Voucher (20 winners). ● Vouchers must be used through Love2Shop Holidays ● Vouchers valid for 12 months from issue date ● Vouchers can be used towards any holiday (not restricted to specific destination) ● Vouchers can be digital code or physical gift card at company's discretion ● Holiday must be booked and paid for before voucher expiration ● Please refer to the terms and conditions from Love2Shop Holidays for any additional details or restrictions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the AKW Tyre Services Ltd “MAY25FA ” promotion (‘the promotion’). They are legally binding for all entries to the promotion. Please ensure that you have read these Terms and Conditions fully. By entering the promotion, you are confirming that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promotional Period runs from 01/05/2025 to 31/05/2025, subject to availability and unless the Promoter is required to end the Promotion before the end of the Promotional Period.
 

3. This Promotion is open to retail customers who are residents of Great Britain, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Participants must be aged 17+. Employees of AKW Tyre Services Ltd, Silkmoth and other associated agencies, their families and its related trading businesses are excluded from participating. By participating in the Promotion, you confirm you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to participate. 
 

4. This Promotion can’t be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
 

5. The promotion code entitles the participant to £10 (two or three tyres) or £30 off (4 or more tyres) the Promoters’s retail price for each order of two, three, four or more Falken tyres purchased during the Promotional Period in a qualifying transaction. 
 

6. The Promotion is subject to a minimum of purchase requirement of 2 or 3 Falken tyres for £10 off and 4 or more Falken tyres for £30 off. The Promotion is applicable to online purchases ONLY from the Promoter.
 

7. To qualify for the Promotion, you must: 
 

1. Purchase a minimum of two Falken branded tyres and have them fitted at AKW Tyre Services Ltd, within one week of purchase.
 

2. Enter MAY25FA at checkout on the website (www.somertontyres.co.uk ) to claim your £10/£30 off. The Promotional Code will be deducted from the total cost during the check-out process.
 

7. The Promoter reserves the right to:
 

7.1 delay, postpone, cancel or terminate early the Promotion;
 

7.2 replace the Promotion with a similar or better offer (as determined by the Promoter), in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so. If the Promotor exercises these rights it will make available another offer on similar terms to the Promotion. 
 

9. The Promoter will collect and process personal data for the purpose of running this promotion in accordance with its privacy policy. 
 

11. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
